Angela O’Sullivan - RYT 200, OMBirth Pre-Natal Certified, Kids Cardio Yoga Certified, Yin Certified, Laughter Yoga Certified, Reiki I – Angela’s yoga journey truly started when she became pregnant with her first child in 2003. While practicing Prenatal Yoga throughout her pregnancy, she was able to connect and embrace even more to her ever changing body and baby, and simply feel good by safely and mindfully moving. The spark was lit, and she knew she wanted to share yoga with the world. She has a passion for helping people, encouraging their light to shine brighter, and feel nourished and whole physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She says that her life has shifted in a more positive rewarding way through practicing yoga and mindful awareness and hopes to share that with others. She believes we can always use a little more fun, and peacefulness in our day.

Alyssa picAlyssa Cristadoro – Alyssa’s yoga journey began when she was 15, simply looking for a way to move her body and workout. Entering the hot yoga world, she eventually switched into the more spiritual and holistic side of yoga; focusing on truly living the yoga both on and off the mat. She received her 200 hour certification from The Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in July of 2017. Spending the month living at Kripalu changed her life and opened her eyes up to the healing power of yoga. She began teaching Kripalu and Vinyasa yoga at Stonehill College a few months later, and also held a substitute teaching role at Revelation Yoga in Norton, MA. She has recently completed an introductory to Sanskrit course and hopes to continue her education within the yoga world. This practice has guided her through many challenges throughout life, always helping her connect to her innermost self. Through teaching, she hopes to share the light that this practice has continuously brought into her life, help others release judgments against the self, and practice loving awareness.

Come to one of her classes  and you will feel the love!!  . “ I really love doing energy work whether is it massage or Reiki.
